University of Iowa Health Care faculty, staff, and students are welcome to attend an investiture ceremony celebrating the appointment of two endowed professorships in the UI Carver College of Medicine:
- Yutaka Sato, MD, PhD, FACR, to the E.A. Franken Jr. Professorship in Pediatric Radiology
- Richard Shields, PT, PhD, FAPTA, to the Gary L. Soderberg Professorship in Physical Therapy and Rehabilitation Science
The event will begin at 3:30 pm Friday, Nov. 22, in the Urmila Sahai Seminar Room, 2116 Medical Education and Research Facility (MERF). A reception will follow in the Jean and Renee Robillard Atrium in MERF.
